As a Certified Dementia Practitioner, I believe that protecting the dignity of our seniors isn't just a career; it is my calling and my greatest passion.

Throughout my journey, I have had the privilege of walking alongside tens of thousands of families, facilitating over 25 support groups, and serving as a keynote speaker and industry expert at 6 major conferences. Having trained over 2,500 caregivers in best practices, I know firsthand that the secret to great care lies in the balance of professional systems and human connection.
